It will be organized by the Department of English of the Faculty of Education of the above mentioned university and hosted by the Faculty of Education of the University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně, České mládeže 8, Ústí nad Labem.

This conference will offer a rich programme of plenary sessions, presentations, talks, workshops and poster presentations designed for teachers at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels of education. The main aim of the conference is to continue developing a forum for sharing current views, new trends, innovative ideas and experience in English language teaching and learning. We wish to invite both native and non-native speaking teachers of English, teachers of various backgrounds who want to share their ideas and knowledge with other conference participants or demonstrate their achievements. A conference of this type also offers a good opportunity for all participants to exchange experience and set up networks among teachers and schools. This conference also aims at initiating and sustaining meaningful professional dialogue among teachers of English across national boundaries.

The official opening ceremony of the Conference will be held at 5pm on Friday, September 10, 2010. The closing ceremony will be held at 1pm on Sunday, September 12, 2010.
