11th webinar – What motivates the learner? How to motivate them? Some pointers. – Ron Mukerji

Motivation is, without doubt, the main foundation of an effective classroom. As a teacher, you will find it impossible to ever reach the target goal without motivating your students. Actually it is not a difficult task to motivate your students – at least not as difficult as some “experts” claim. A successful teacher is a person who is aware of the facts and techniques on how they can create an effective learning atmosphere, both inside and outside the classroom, where the learner will take part enthusiastically.

There are numerous ways to motivate learners. As a teacher with 25 years of teaching experience, I would like to share some tips on how to do that. I hope it will help you to make your lessons even more effective and your work less tedious.
