The webinar, inspired by the IATEFL Conference in Brighton, aimed to share key highlights, fresh ideas, practical teaching insights, and reflections from one of the most important events in the ELT calendar. It brought together a wide international community of educators, creating a valuable platform for professional exchange and collaboration.
Held online via Zoom, the session gathered approximately 100 teachers and ELT professionals, who had the opportunity to revisit the most inspiring moments of the conference and explore how these ideas can be applied in their own teaching contexts.
The programme featured contributions from representatives of numerous partner organisations, including IATEFL Poland, as well as associations such as TESOL-Hungary, ELTA Serbia, BETA-IATEFL Bulgaria, TESOL Greece, and many others. This diverse participation ensured a broad range of perspectives and enriched discussions on current trends and challenges in English language teaching.
The webinar highlighted the importance of international cooperation and continuous professional development, demonstrating how cross-border experience sharing can strengthen the global ELT community and support innovation in teaching practice.
