Summary:
In an increasingly changeable and versatile world, effective communication tends to acquire new shades of meaning. Setting the expectation that learning English for work and business is enough may well put our clients at a disadvantage.
What we can do as educators is expand our approach to include meaningful cross-cultural elements in the learning process. Together, we will look at how to incorporate culture in a way that benefits all those involved.
During the webinar all participants will be provided with a certificate of participation, which they will be able to download.

Bio
Oksana Hera is a business English and intercultural communication trainer from Lviv, Ukraine. She holds an MA (Hons) in Linguistics, Cert IBET, a Business Cultural Trainer’s Certificate, and a CELTA. Her interests lie in enhancing in-company training and learners’ motivation and helping professionals to improve their communication in teams.
