“Brain-friendly teaching in a teacher-friendly package”
ABSTRACT:
Some say that the key to effective teaching lies in understanding the engine of learning, namely the human brain. Therefore, the lecture will focus on the most crucial aspects of neurodidactics, which help to understand how foreign languages are learned and what teachers can do to support effective learning processes in a language classroom.
Anna Kamont, M.A. – Academic lecturer, English language trainer, educator, and enthusiast of brain-friendly teaching. Speaker at conferences dedicated to foreign language teaching (including IATEFL Poland, European PASE Congress). Author of articles for English language teachers published both domestically and internationally, as well as publications for learning English for students at all proficiency levels. Currently, she works as the Head of English Studies Programme at AFiBV Vistula University in Warsaw.
