Developing and Nurturing Teamwork in our Schools!”
Gregg Sotiropoulos MMPublications
Summary
Effective teamwork may begin and end with communication, but that’s not the whole story. Mike Krzyzewski said it best, “Leaders have to search for the heart on a team, because the person who has it can bring out the best in everybody else.” Working closely and being part of a team involves personal growth and the development of a wide range of leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Developing teamwork in our classrooms can steadily improve our students’ performance and really help bring out the best in them. So, as our role as a teacher is multifaceted and at times, we are also a coach in our classrooms, we need to work together in building a cohesive and supportive classroom culture centered around teamwork. Join Gregg Sotiropoulos, and together, you will examine just how teamwork achieves this while keeping in mind the key element of communication.
