Grammar training – a sporty approach

Summary
What do grammar and sport have in common? In this workshop we will look at the examples of „teaching grammar“ and „training grammar“. The two different actions in the class bring significantly different outcomes. Get inspired by the bank of practical activities for grammar training that can lead to fluency and accuracy in speaking, writing and iteraction.
Biodata
Eva Balazova Eva has devoted her broad teaching and teacher training experience to professional teacher development. She improved her qualification in ELT methodology courses in Exeter and Oxford, and became an approved Oxford Teachers´ Academy trainer. Eva has a considerable expertise in mentoring in-work teachers. She’s worked as a teacher trainer for Oxford University Press, Macmillan and also Erasmus plus programmes in Italy. Currently she is running her online language school and participating in the mentoring project by Ministry of Education in Slovakia.
