Summary
The aim of this talk is to present findings of the UCL MA study on management responses offered to Primary EFL teachers in Poland during the 2020-21 Emergency Remote Teaching. The research explores lessons learned, focusing on teachers' views. These insights are invaluable for future policy and practice, offering a deeper understanding of YL online education challenges and strategies.
Biodata
Gosia has been working in ELT since 2002 as a teacher (Poland, Qatar, Oman and Vietnam), manager (EY & Primary courses at British Council Poland) and teacher trainer (TYLEC Tutor). She holds an MA in TEFL, Cambridge DELTA with a YL specialism and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Educational Leadership from University College London. In 2022, she founded English Support.
