Engagement boosters - neuro-hacks to get our students hooked.

Paulina Dolęga

Summary

Goldfish have an average attention span of 9 seconds, which may seem extremely short. However, did you know that the average attention span of a human is only 8.25 seconds? Not only has it decreased dramatically in the last two decades, but in this fast-paced world, it will continue doing so. In my session, I will share some neuroscience-based strategies on how to engage your students and, consequently, enhance the effectiveness of your lessons. If you teach teenagers and/or adults, you can't miss it!
