The experiment conducted in different classrooms has proven universally effective educational outcomes while adapting the same lesson frame to suit different developmental stages. The same topic and activity types were given to various age groups. Through the power of flexible pedagogical design, the right adjustments and great techniques all the students were supported and the learning process has been elevated.
Biodata
Marzena's biodata: A Certified Neurolanguage Coach and Teacher Trainer, experienced in conducting language coaching sessions and mentoring programs in Poland and abroad. With over a decade of experience as a teacher, a director of studies, and teacher trainer, my passion for education has been unwavering. Throughout my career, I have taken on diverse responsibilities, including organizing and conducting workshops, analyzing needs, as well as recruiting, onboarding, and managing teams. Regardless of the role, my passion for providing quality education has continually grown. /Sylwia's biodata: Maths Teacher, Academic Teacher (at Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology), sketchnoter, theatre creator, designer , Teacher Trainer Academy graduate. Everything I take up, I do it with immense passion. Whether teaching mathematics in English, English grammar, or creating language theater. My career in education has been evolving in various directions for nearly 20 years. Currently, my dance formation has gained European Championship in hip-hop dance.
