Summary

This session will provide participants with hands-on, interactive activities designed to deepen their understanding and application of self-coaching, self-care and self-awareness. My focus is to deliver my actionable insights and practical techniques that align with the diverse experiences and backgrounds of the attendees. This workshop will emphasize active participation, inviting attendees to try out new strategies, reflect on their practices, and collaborate with peers. By engaging participants in role-playing exercises, problem-solving scenarios, and reflective discussions, the session ensures that the learning experience is immersive and directly applicable to their coaching contexts. • Introducing the concept of self-coaching, self-care and self-awareness.
