This session responds to the changing educational needs of Generation Z by drawing on the latest findings in neuroscience and educational psychology. I will present research-based strategies for fostering motivation and maintaining attention, with an emphasis on down-to-earth, classroom-ready applications. The session focuses on practical strategies for adapting teaching practices to better meet the cognitive and emotional needs of today’s learners.

Focuses on designing simple yet effective low-prep activities and practical revision strategies. Educational entrepreneur and owner of “Dolanguage Paulina Dolęga”.
