Imagine you’re a NASA astronaut going into space in a closed capsule with a team of people you need to get along with for months? You can’t quite decide who you’re going with but you’d better be in your prime, and so do the others. Same within teams on Earth. Same for your very self for your own life mission. In my talk I’ll let you familiarize yourself with the tool NASA uses to ensure astronauts complete their missions without fail, in order to set you for better communication with others, more balanced and productive life, both professional and private.
