Teachers, exhausted superheroes? It is time to work on us

Gregg Sotiropoulous

Summary

Teachers are often seen as superheroes (among other things as our role is multifaceted) - resilient, resourceful, and endlessly giving. But behind the strength, passion, and dedication, many of us are running on empty. Together we will share an honest exploration of what it means to sustain ourselves in a profession that asks so much. Through stories, insights, and practical shifts, I invite you to join me as we challenge the superhero myth and offer a path toward a more balanced, human approach to teaching. But then again, I am SUPERMAN!
