Summary
Children are in crisis, teachers – burnt out, and the system is failing. We need some means to cope with it all. In my postgraduate course at SWPS I found something that will work 100% in a classroom. These are findings of positive psychology, which will be (already are) another big thing for years to come. In my talk, I will present ready-made solutions to improve your working environment.
