Summary
This 2.5-hour session introduces Ukrainian teachers to key principles of inclusion and emotional safety in the classroom. Through reflection and group activities, participants will explore how unconscious bias and trauma can affect learning and behaviour. The session highlights simple, practical strategies for managing challenging situations and fostering a positive, supportive learning environment. Teachers will also consider how to recognise signs that students feel unsafe and how to respond constructively.

Experienced English language teacher, exam assessor, methodologist, and educator with a passion for innovation in teaching. For over 20 years, she has supported teachers and students through language classes, training sessions, and workshops.
