Summary

In today's globalized world universities put a premium on preparing graduates for life in culturally diverse societies. In this presentation we will focus on the benefits and challenges of 13 international projects carried out in 2021/22 by Adam Mickiewicz University Foreign Language Teaching Center. The aim of the projects was to improve the students employability skills such as communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity.

Biodata

Katarzyna Radke is an internationalization coordinator and a senior lecturer of English at the Foreign Language Teaching Center, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, Poland. She teaches general English and English for specific purposes, focusing on e-learning techniques. Her interests lie in the use of online tools for intercultural collaboration and virtual exchange in higher education.

Beata Bałczyńska-Chwalisz is a senior lecturer of English at the Foreign Language Teaching Center of Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, Poland. She teaches general English and English for Specific Purposes to undergraduate and graduate students majoring in law and administration. One of her most recent interests is intercultural collaboration and virtual exchange in higher education.
