Blended or online learning can be time-consuming, complicated and often quite irritating. Organising your students so they can access content at home through tools such as Google Classroom, Edmodo or Moodle. In this talk, Russell will highlight some key ways to make on-line learning more effective and efficient. He will provide lots of useful tips and ideas that you could use in your lessons. A session packed full of ideas and examples that will be useful for any teacher using technology in or out of their lessons.


Russell Stannard is a multi award-winning Educational Technologist and founder of He has more than 68,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel. He received awards from the British Council ELTONS, the Times Higher and the University of Westminster for his work in the use of ICT in education. He is especially known for his work in using technology to enhance feedback, teaching online and blended/flipped learning. He currently works as a consultant on educational technology at Kings College University London and as an associate trainer at NILE. where he teaches on the MA programme and runs courses in blended/flipped learning.
