Tickets can be purchased using Jakdojade, Skycash, Fala, GoPay, MoBILET, mPay or machines located at the stops. Drivers do not sell tickets.
Usually no ticket machines inside the vehicle (yet - implementing a new system right now).

Using public transportation, it usually takes 30 minutes to get to PG form Gdańsk Old Town, 30-45 minutes if they want to stay closer to the beach (Gdańsk Brzeźno, Gdańsk Jelitkowo) or 45-60 min from Sopot.
 
We have plenty of local Taxi companies as well as Uber, Bolt and FreeNow. Driving form Old Town to Politechnika may take from 10 to 45 minutes depending on the traffic.
Neptun Taxi, Sopot Taxi and iTaxi are usually safe.
 
NEVER GET ON A RANDOM TAXI AT A STREET / AIRPORT / TRAIN STATION
Hotels usually collaborate with one of the companies and will call a cab for the guests.
