Summary:
Over the last five years, the world of workplace communication has seen considerable changes that influence the way English is used for professional purposes. How are these tendencies reflected in our day-to-day work as teachers, trainers, and educators? What should we offer to our learners and clients? In this webinar, I am going to share examples of activities and resources that have proven to be effective for the learners who aimed to become truly global communicators.
During the webinar all participants will be provided with a certificate of participation, which they will be able to download.

Oksana Hera is a trainer and consultant in the areas of business English and intercultural communication from Lviv, Ukraine. She holds an MA (Hons) in Linguistics, Cert IBET, and a Business Cultural Trainer’s Certificate among others. Her focus is on helping professionals enhance their communication in local and global teams.
