11.00 – 14.00   Empathetic  and inclusive teaching - how to motivate the ELT students

Our guest speaker/presenter is Prof UŚ dr hab Alicja Gałązka

Abstract: The workshop will explore the psychological theories of personality and learning styles which are the key to run fully engaging and motivating  classes for students. Teaching should start with understanding how the learners learn and act to be effective. The workshop will help the participants to learn  how to begin the lesson  having  the learner in mind, how to read the educational audience, understand different modalities, explore and learn the students secrets of educational inclusion to make teaching empathetic and inclusive.

•    The workshop is free for IATEFL members and LOGMAR teachers
