A report on the Warsaw Selections for the IV edition
 of Public Speaking Competition

Warsaw, XXVII Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. T. Czackiego, Ul. Polna 5
7th June 2018

The Warsaw Region Selections to the IV edition of Public Speaking Competition took place on the 7th June 2018 in Warsaw, at XXII LiceuM Ogólnokształcące.
The event has been organized by Marcin Stanowski and Dorota Choromińska. The Jury included Dorota Choromińska and Peter Whiley.
The prizes were kindly oferred by Oxford University Press.

Upper Secondary Schools were represented by 10 young speakers. Most of them were from Warsaw. One person was from Mińsk Mazowiecki. 9 students took part in the contest
Lower Secondary Schools were represented by 3 young speakers. 1 student took part in the contest.

The winner of Lower Secondary Schools category is Szymon Busiło.

The first place in the category of Upper Secondary Schools was taken by Adam Michalski, the second by Magdalena Basińska and the third by Małgorzata Sucharda

The winners and their teachers were informed that they are welcome at the Competition Finals in Wrocław on the 20th of September, 2018
