which will take place on Wednesday, 17th January, 2018, between 20.30 and 21.30.

This webinar will concern issues related to:

Teacher Development
for teachers at different stages of their professional careers
This session will give practical advice (and a bit of theory) to teachers who are:
  • novice (up to 3 years’ experience)
  • or experienced
about how they can view career development.

It will also show what associations such as IATEFL Poland can do for our careers and our professional identity.

The participation in this webinar is free for all IATEFL members in Poland.

IATEFL Poland members have priority of registration for this webinar.

Professional profile

Maria Sachpazian
BA education / RSA dip/tefl (hons)
is the Academic and Managing Director of Input on Education a company which provides academic, business support and consultancy to Foreign Language Schools. Maria is also a part-time lecturer at City College, the International Faculty of the University of Sheffield and an EFL teacher at the Straight Up Markoyannopoulou schools. Since March 2016 she is also the Chairperson of TESOL Macedonia-Thrace, Northern Greece. In her free time, Maria loves reading and studying Polish at Level A2-B1. (

TESOL Macedonia-Thrace, Northern Greece

is the English Teachers’ Association in Northern Greece and is based in Thessaloniki. It was established 25 years ago and this year we are celebrating our Jubilee Conference. Our 25th Conference entitled ‘’Overcoming Obstacles Shaping the future’’ will take place from 23rd to 25th February 2018 at the American College of Thessaloniki.
