How Emodiversity Benefits your and your Students’Health – a webinar by Prof. Dr Hab. Alicja Gałązka

Dear Colleagues,

IATEFL Poland and Prof. Dr Hab. Alicja Gałązka

have the pleasure to invite you to the webinar

“How Emodiversity Benefits your and your Students’Health”

Emodiversity is the ability to experience a wide range of emotions. And, studies show, we flourish when we embrace a full kaleidoscope of feelings, from anxiety and sadness to joy and gratitude. When an emotion arises it is important not to judge it or label it, but allow yourself just to feel it.  When we’re able to observe our emotions with some degree of detachment we open ourselves up to growth. During the presentation we will explore how to free from painful and destructive thoughts and how to learn to accept all emotions we experience and use them for our and our students’ benefits.
