Learners, trainees, teachers, trainers… people – a webinar by Susan Holden

Dear Colleagues,

IATEFL Poland and Heather Susan Holden, a teacher, trainer, writer, editor and publisher,

have the pleasure to invite you to the webinar:

Learners, trainees, teachers, trainers… people

which will take place on ZOOM on

Thursday, 15th April 2021, between 20:30 and 21:30 CET.

We are accustomed to using the labels ‘student’, ‘teacher’, ‘pupil’, ‘trainer’, ‘learner’ to describe professional roles. These are useful, but they also hide the fact that we are all people, first and foremost. The ongoing pandemic has reminded us of this: all of us, whatever our ‘role’, have been rethinking what we do from a personal perspective.

What about life in a context of ‘lockdown’, ‘social distancing’ and ‘isolating’? How can we draw on this to make teaching and learning satisfy our personal needs?

And how will this affect us in the future?

The session aims to raise questions, provoke discussion, and hopefully find some answers.

IATEFL Poland members have priority of registration for this webinar.
Do not delay. The number of participants is limited to 100.

After the webinar the certificate will be published here.
