“Mastering the Art of Thoughtful Questions”
which will take place on Wednesday, 18th of December 2024, from 20.30 to 21.30 CET.
Summary:
Giving quick opinions is our protection against the world with all its complications and challenges. As we now know it makes more evil than good. With a few practical examples we will work on how to encourage our students to ask questions in order to think more critically and avoid jumping to conclusions and building opinions too soon. As for language teachers it will give us inspiration to introduce more conversations into our classes.
During the webinar all participants will be provided with a certificate of participation, which they will be able to download.
IATEFL Poland members have priority of registration for this webinar.

Marta Bujakowska
Bio
Marta Bujakowska is a freelance teacher and teacher trainer from Poland with a strong intercultural focus and special interest in creative methodology, CLIL, reflective teaching and learner autonomy. In her career she has taught all age groups and levels changing her preferences from time to time, which helped her develop as a teacher and led her into teacher training. Nowadays, she predominantly works with teachers and teaches adult and teenage learners of English. She loves working with PILGRIMS and has taught several courses there. Being surrounded by active fellow teachers makes her feel whole. She believes that teachers should regard their self-development unlimited.
