In today’s digital age, where information is abundant and communication channels are constantly evolving, equipping learners with critical thinking and media literacy skills is more crucial than ever.
This presentation goes beyond theoretical concepts and provides concrete strategies and practical tools to integrate media literacy into your ELT classrooms effectively.
Participants will dive into interactive activities, discussions, and real-world case studies to gain a comprehensive understanding of media literacy’s role in enhancing language learning and fostering critical thinking abilities. Explore ways to incorporate diverse media forms, such as news articles, social media, videos, and advertisements, to develop language skills, media analysis, digital citizenship, and cultural awareness.
During the webinar all participants will be provided with a certificate of participation, which they will be able to download.
