“Teaching Students How to Respond to Bullying and Intolerance”

The webinar organized within the Virtual English Language Fellow Program supported by the Office of English Language Programs of the Department of State and the U.S. Consulate in Krakow.

One aspect of our role as educators is to help our students develop as empathetic and engaged community members, prepared to actively contribute to society. In this webinar, we’ll review ways that we can model and teach our students how to respond to acts of everyday bullying or intolerance. We’ll talk about how to create an inclusive classroom environment that allows all students to feel welcome, and how to react to specific incidents of exclusion or bullying. The webinar will include response suggestions as well as suggestions for role plays that allow students to practice their English with useful phrases and expressions to use when speaking up for others.

IATEFL Poland members have priority of registration for this webinar.
Do not delay. The number of participants is limited.

After the webinar all participants will receive a certificate of participation.
