The impact of language training on our learners’ careers and well-being can be profound. At the same time, demonstrating its value and making learners allocate sufficient time for it often proves challenging for various reasons.
In this webinar I will invite you to explore a selection of learners’ profiles to reflect on how business English trainers can help them effectively. The examples come from IT industry and cover online communication and intercultural challenges, as well as general English elements that can be incorporated when teaching English to adults.
After the webinar all participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Business English and Intercultural Communication Trainer
Oksana Hera is a business English and intercultural communication trainer from Lviv, Ukraine. She holds an MA (Hons) in Linguistics, Cert IBET, a Business Cultural Trainer’s Certificate, and a CELTA. Her interests lie in enhancing in-company training and learners’ motivation and helping professionals to improve their communication in teams.
