As we conclude another inspiring annual conference, we are excited to share important updates regarding our Executive Committee following the 2026 elections.
First and foremost, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to our outgoing Vice President, Rob Howard, for his exceptional dedication, hard work, and invaluable contributions to our association over the years. Thank you, Rob, for your unwavering commitment to our community!
We are thrilled to warmly welcome Marta Rosińska-Trim as our new Vice President. Under the IATEFL Poland Statute, our leadership rotation ensures a smooth, continuous vision for the association: Marta will serve as Vice President for one year, after which she will automatically assume the role of Association President for a two-year term during the upcoming 2027 conference. After her two-year presidency, she will return to serve as Vice President for another year. This unique governance model allows our leaders to deeply understand multiple facets of association management, ensuring long-term stability and growth.
In addition to this leadership transition, we are delighted to welcome two new members to the board for the upcoming year: Urszula Majdańska-Wachowicz and Michael Doherty as Committee Members. Notably, Ula will take over the crucial role of Liaison, succeeding Marta Bujakowska. We thank Marta Bujakowska for her stellar service in this capacity.
Please note that a brand new board will be fully elected during the next IATEFL Poland Conference in 2027.
