What Will the Webinar Explore?
Drawing on her extensive research into heritage languages in migration contexts and indigenous languages, Professor Sorace will examine how the attitudes of young people, families, educational institutions, and policymakers influence language maintenance and intergenerational transmission.
She will also present the vital work of Bilingualism Matters, an initiative dedicated to supporting families, teachers, and decision-makers in making research-informed choices regarding bilingualism and multilingualism.
