Important Information for Accepted Speakers

Dear Speakers,

Congratulations on having your proposal accepted for the 35th IATEFL Poland International Conference! We are thrilled to have you share your expertise, passion, and insights with our global teaching community.

Now that you have received your official Acceptance Letter, please remember that there are two essential steps you must complete to secure your slot in the final conference programme:

  1. Register as a Participant

An accepted proposal does not automatically register you for the event. All speakers are required to formally register as conference participants through our online registration system.

  1. Settle the Conference Fee

To confirm your presentation slot, please complete your payment in accordance with the speaker rates and deadlines specified in your Acceptance Letter.

  • Reminder: If your registration and payment are not completed by the speaker deadline, your presentation may unfortunately be removed from the schedule.
