Summary:

By the time you attend a webinar or conference talk on the latest in AI apps for teaching, chances are it has become outdated or doesn’t exist anymore. The talk challenges the reliance on AI “experts” and promotes self-education in AI. It advocates for critical thinking and hands-on experience to demystify AI, empowering individuals to innovate and make informed decisions. The focus is on fostering a proactive learning culture to navigate and shape the AI-driven future.

During the webinar all participants will be provided with a certificate of participation, which they will be able to download.

Rob Howard is IATEFL Poland President. The elections took place at 32^nd International Annual Conference in Wrocław, which took place between 22^nd and 24^th September 2023.

Rob is also the owner of Online Language Center and Business Language Training Institute and founder of EFLtalks. He is a teacher, writer and trainer on Business English, Teacher Development, Entrepreneurship, and teaching online. He is past Joint Coordinator of the IATEFL BESIG, Gallery Teachers Masterclass presenter, iTDi TOEFL course trainer, and co-founder of the Independent Authors & Publishers. Nominated for the 2016 British Council’s ELTon Award.
