Summary:

Students’ individual interests in taboo topics likewise those of teachers vary and shift. We shall examine the paths an educator could resort to gauge learners’ comfort levels by offering diverse materials from these delicate and not only spheres. From our standpoint the resources with controversial subjects comprise a bulk of exquisite authentic materials for the creation of a great variety of assignments to activate mastery of receptive and productive skills, to provide grounds for motivation, to rise interest in culture studies and develop visual literacy.
