Indeed, study after study shows the growing importance of soft skills in education and, more than ever, critical in corporate life. This talk will look at how English teachers can incorporate critical soft skills in the classroom and introduce an exciting new accreditation program.

Born in New York City, Jeff is the founder and Managing Director of Big Apple Business, a training, coaching and consulting company based in Munich, Germany.
